This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom + spacious loft, 2-bath condo welcomes families and friends with a warm, inviting atmosphere and thoughtful design. Whether you’re sipping cocoa by the detailed stone fireplace or grilling dinner on the balcony with the sound of the creek below, you’ll feel a world away in your alpine retreat.
Skiers and riders will love the location—just a short walk to the Chondola (part of Telluride’s scenic Gondola system), Lift 10, and Lift 1. Quick and easy access to the slopes and the Mountain Village core make this the perfect basecamp for mountain adventures year-round.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (raclette set included!) and a comfortable dining area that opens to a light-filled living room. The master bedroom features a king bed and tranquil valley views. The guest bedroom offers a cozy queen with forest views. Upstairs, the expansive loft includes a queen, full, and two twin beds—plus its own bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a flat-screen TV beneath a sunny skylight.
Additional perks include a private deck with a grill, a jetted tub on the main floor, ski/bike storage, and charming touches throughout. Please note: there is no elevator access, and the garage is not available for parking. Only one parking spot is guaranteed. There are two parking garages in Mountain Village for overflow parking.

Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked.  If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. Trip cancellation insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.
