Why We Love It
Telluride sits in a box canyon, not your average mountain town. That means there is only one way in and one way out (not that you will want to leave!). Steep forested mountains and cliffs surround it, with waterfalls right out of a fantasy film at the head of the canyon. Numerous weathered ruins of old mining operations dot the hillsides like relics from the wild past. Go explore!

Welcome to front-row seats for one of the most jaw-dropping views in all of Telluride. From both the living room and the primary bedroom, you’ll gaze out over the iconic beaver pond to Ajax Peak and Ingram Falls—an unobstructed, pinch-me panorama that never gets old.
This beautifully remodeled condo is fully furnished and fully dialed in, with a complete kitchen, washer/dryer, fresh linens and towels, and updated appliances, lighting, sound systems, and furnishings throughout. Translation: you can unpack, exhale, and start vacationing immediately.

Off-street parking for one vehicle per unit is included, and the Riverside Condos put you right in the middle of the action. The Bear Creek Trail is literally steps away, fly fishing is accessible right out the back door, and the free Gondola is just around the block. Ski access is a short stroll down the River Trail to Lift 8 and the Telluride Gondola station.

• Within 60 days of arrival: We will re-list the property. If re-rented, the first payment will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee.
• Within 29 days of arrival (after final payment posts): Same process applies, with a 10% cancellation fee on total lodging costs.
• Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended—ask us about the Red Sky Travel Insurance plan or contact your own provider.
