Why We Love It

Newly renovated Victorian 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath plus office/tv/flex room, house on the north sunnyside of Telluride. Located on Fir Street above Telluride Town Hall and with beautiful views of the ski area and surrounding mountains. Sunny exposure from its many windows let in the natural day light.  This makes the space and the open concept living area all that more appealing. Fully furnished modern amenities, including a steam shower, stainless steel Jenn-Air appliances, gas fireplace, wet bar, Weber BBQ grill on the back deck (and there is a heater on the back porch), fenced yard (summer), a convenient washer dryer and SmartTVs.  The sunny cozy front porch is perfect for book reading, and star gazing.

The bedding is as follows:
Master bedroom – King; Bedroom 2 – Queen; Bedroom 3 – two twins that can be converted to a king bed; flex room – Twin sofa sleeper.

Just steps away from everything in town and Chair 8 and gondola is only a couple of blocks away. to be specific:
