Upon entering this penthouse condominium, you’re greeted by a spacious entry hall with a coat closet, bench, and ample room for your gear. The primary living/kitchen/dining area with great flow, plus the deck with a grill are on this level.
The open floor plan maximizes stunning views of the San Sophia Range of the San Juan Mountains to the west for beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need for preparing meals. Enjoy a casual bite at the bar with four stools or gather at the six-to-eight seat dining table. The living room, warmed by a gas fireplace, features inviting furniture arranged for comfort, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony overlooking the Double Cabin ski trail.
