 Located on the entry level are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and a brand new en suite steam shower bathroom.  The second bedroom has a king sized bed and a flat screen TV.

The second floor has the main gathering place with a gourmet kitchen, dining, and living area. Hang out and give the cook some tips from the wrap-around leather bar stools. All appliances are brand new and the lighting is stunning. A full new bathroom is on this level with a jetted tub for soaking and a spa like feel.

 Above the gathering area is a loft with two twin beds, that can convert to a king.  This level also has a flat screen TV.  Great place for the kids to enjoy their secret time in the bean bag chairs with puzzles and board games!

 Lulu City 6C has one assigned covered parking space. There is a washer/dryer on the second level so you can pack a little lighter.

 Close to the covered garage is a year-round newly upgraded pool and hot tub. There are BBQ grills for guests to enjoy by the poolside patio.  A short walk takes you to the base of Lift 7 or stroll into town from the San Miguel River Trail.  The Gondola is about a 5-10 minute walk along the River Trail. This trail goes for miles in either direction.  To the east, the trail takes you past Town Park (think Festivals, tennis, hockey rink, sledding hills) to the iconic end of the Telluride Valley waterfalls, and to the west, the trail wanders through the Valley Floor Preservation area.  Clark's Market is a simple stroll to the north of Lulu City.

 Need to get to the center of town quickly?  Hop on the Galloping Goose (named after the historic regional narrow gauge train) Shuttle right at the corner.
